of broad-based professional knowledge and expertise
in the United States and overseas. He has hands-on
experience in the areas of engineering, planning,
design, project management and construction
management, inspection and supervision of sewer
systems, water lines, storm drains, roads, site
development and civil infrastructure projects. He has
extensive coordination experience with governmental
agencies, consultants, contractors and public on
various projects. Mahmoud is registered as a
professional civil engineer in the State of California.
